Hospitality in the Luncheon Marquee

Booking a Luncheon in the marquee not only provides a delicious meal but offers a place to call your own from 12.30pm till 3.00pm and take a rest from all the activities on the day.  A licensed bar is available.  

How to book:

Places at the luncheon are on a pre-booked basis only.
A booking form will be available as a downloaded soon which needs to be completed and returned along with a cheque for payment (made payable to Brocklesby Country Fair) to the address detailed on the form.
Although you can book for any number please note that tables are set for 10 to 12 places.
To avoid disappointment please ensure we receive your booking by 11th June 2012.

Menu
Steve Lock Fine Dining and Quality Catering has catered for the Fair for several years, using delicious local produce.  Fantastic quality is assured.
The menu will available to download next year.  As a guide 2011 charges were: Adults £18.50 per head, children under 11 years £9 per head.
